At Ruvigo, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, along with a warranty on our products to provide you with peace of mind.

Returns Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@ruvigo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Ship the Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or equivalent, and include the RA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased as final sale
  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Partial Refunds:

Items not in their original condition or items returned after the 30-day return window may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Warranty:

Ruvigo products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.

Warranty Claims:

  1. Contact Us: To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@ruvigo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
  3. Resolution: If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the defective product.

Warranty Limitations:

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Ruvigo reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a warranty claim.
