Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@ruvigo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Receive a Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.

Ship the Return: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RA number. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. However, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Warranty
Ruvigo products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.
Warranty Claims

Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the defect.

Resolution: If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the defective product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims.
Warranty Limitations
