At Ruvigo, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, along with a warranty on our products for peace of mind.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@ruvigo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.

  3. Ship the Return: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RA number. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. However, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Items purchased as final sale

  • Customized or personalized items

Refunds Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to process and appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

  • Items not in their original condition or returned after the 30-day window may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty

Ruvigo products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.

Warranty Claims

  1. Contact Us: Email support@ruvigo.com with your order number, issue description, and defect photos.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the defect.

  3. Resolution: If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the defective product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims.

Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Ruvigo reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a warranty claim.
