  • Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited or express shipping options.

Order Processing

  • Processing Duration: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders placed before 05:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day. During the processing period, our team carefully prepares your items for shipment, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 7 to 15 business days

  • The total delivery time includes both the order processing time and the shipping transit time. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners, who will deliver your package within the estimated delivery window.

  • Delivery times are calculated based on business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, local logistics procedures, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a detailed shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number, which allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your designated address. You can track your order through our website or directly with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please note that we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any locations outside of the United States.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. If further assistance is required, contact our customer service team at support@ruvigo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

  • If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, a refund or replacement may be provided based on our investigation.

Undeliverable Packages

In cases where a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. A reshipping fee will be charged based on standard shipping rates.

At Ruvigo, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process, along with a warranty on our products for peace of mind.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@ruvigo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.

  3. Ship the Return: Pack the item(s) securely and include the RA number. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s). Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. However, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Warranty

Ruvigo products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.

Warranty Claims

  2. Evaluation: Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the defect.

  3. Resolution: If a repair or replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund for the defective product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for approved warranty claims.

Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Ruvigo reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a warranty claim.
