- Service Level: Standard shipping is provided at no additional cost to our customers.
Order Processing
- Processing Duration: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
Orders placed before 05:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day. During the processing period, our team carefully prepares your items for shipment, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Delivery Timeframe
- Estimated Delivery Window: 7 to 15 business days
The total delivery time includes both the order processing time and the shipping transit time. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners, who will deliver your package within the estimated delivery window.
- Delivery times are calculated based on business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, local customs procedures, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a detailed shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number, which allows you to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your designated address. You can track your order through our website or directly with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please note that we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any locations outside of the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
- Customs and Duties: For international shipments to the United Arab Emirates, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
